From venue hunting to recommending the best vendors that fit your budget and style, we plan every detail so you can sit back and enjoy being engaged. Then we start working with you on your design. We will meet with you to talk about your décor, your colors, flowers, and everything to do with the look and feel of your wedding and reception. We will create a personalized design plan based on your unique vision and style. We strive to make the planning process as simple and fun as possible. We become the main communicator with your vendors and handle all your vendor contracts and payments, so you always know where you are budget-wise, what has been paid, and when the next payment is due. This package also includes our Day of Coordination.

Partial Planning & Design
Maybe you’ve already found your venue or have some of your planning done and want to be more involved in the planning process, but still could use some help finding the best vendors or know the look you want but could use some assistance with how to create your design, and also want someone to be there on your wedding day to ensure that everything is setup just the way you want it and someone to manage all the vendors and take it all down at the end of the night, then this is the right package for you. This package engages to tackle some of those specific items you need help with. We love helping you find just the perfect sweetheart table, a great, inexpensive photographer or DJ, or a unique set of table numbers or centerpieces that fits your budget, but all make your wedding and reception reflect your personality and style. We will do a walk-through with you of the ceremony and reception space and offer any floor plan advice. Unlimited access by email, phone, in person, or ZOOM to answer any questions or offer any advice or referrals. Starting three months before the wedding day, we will create a timeline detailing every item that needs to be managed and who is responsible for that task, and update the timeline as things are added or changed. As part of our Day of Coordination, we will also be there to help manage your rehearsal and every timeline task on your special day.

You have a vision of your dream wedding, and you’ve also chosen to plan and prepare all the wedding details yourself. What you really need is someone who can coordinate with your vendors and the venue and manage the timing and details so that everything goes perfectly.
Day-Of Coordination
On your wedding day, there’s no reason you, your parents, or any of your friends should have to do anything other than enjoy the celebration. Your coordinator will meet with you as many times as needed, starting 3 months prior to the wedding. We will do a ceremony and reception walkthrough so we understand your vision and will create a very detailed timeline outlining every detail. We will handle all the arrangements you have been planning for months and be your point-person for vendor and guest communication on your wedding day. We will also help manage your rehearsal and handle any last-minute changes or details. On the day of the wedding, we will make sure every wedding day task is taken care of. We will handle all the setup of your décor, manage all the details during the day, and take down all your décor at the end of the night. Your only job on your wedding day is to enjoy every minute of the most special day of your life!

Or design is just not your thing. No worries, we love helping our brides with their event design. Perfect Events will work with you to create a beautiful, custom design that suits your vision. From the welcome sign to the centerpieces, the head table, and every other element of the wedding day, we can create your entire look and feel, or we can just create your table decorations. You decide what items you need help with. We’ll give you options to choose from, and you make the final decisions on what your design will be. Then we’ll be there to set up everything and take it all down at the end of the night.
